| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Susan Napier has been named the 2021 Teacher of the |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A solid education is vital for young people to |

| 9 | 10 | | become successful and productive adults, and those men and women |

| 10 | 11 | | who dedicate their careers to teaching make a positive difference |

| 11 | 12 | | in the lives of their students and in the greater community; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Susan Napier exemplifies the passion, |

| 13 | 14 | | determination, and innovative spirit that are the hallmarks of our |

| 14 | 15 | | best teachers, and she has set a standard of excellence to which all |
