| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Ethan Hull of Scouts BSA Troop No. 412 in Dallas has |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The Eagle Scout badge is a significant honor |

| 10 | 11 | | movement; in the course of meeting the rank's demanding criteria, |

| 11 | 12 | | Mr. Hull earned 51 merit badges, as well as 6 Eagle Palms; he also |

| 12 | 13 | | successfully completed an Eagle Scout project that involved |

| 13 | 14 | | designing and building picnic tables at the Fairhill School in |

| 14 | 15 | | Dallas; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, This fine young Texan has demonstrated outstanding |

| 17 | 18 | | respect and admiration of his fellow troop members as he worked |
