| 11 | 12 | | dispatched Bryan, Garland Sachse, Mansfield, and Cypress Park High |

| 12 | 13 | | Schools to reach the regional final; there, Duncanville avenged its |

| 13 | 14 | | sole loss by besting top-ranked Waxahachie High 70-65 to punch its |
