| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Family and friends were deeply saddened by the |

| 6 | 7 | | passing of Gregory Bruce Cook of Fort Worth on December 10, 2020, at |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Born on June 25, 1970, in Amarillo, Greg Cook was the |

| 9 | 10 | | son of Jim and Prissy Cook; he graduated from Canyon High School in |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | 1988 before attending Texas A&M University, where he was a member of |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | the Aggie football team from 1988 to 1992; proudly wearing number |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | 76, he played on the 1991 and 1992 squad that won the Southwest |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | Conference title; it was during his time in College Station that he |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | met the love of his life, the former Shannon Bullock, with whom he |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | shared 25 years of marriage; and |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, After Mr. Cook received a bachelor's degree in |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | agricultural economics and a master's degree in land economics and |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | real estate, he began a career as a real estate appraiser at |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | Sherwood & Associates; he then worked at Integra Realty Resources |

| 20 | 21 | | and later became executive vice president at JLL Valuation and |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | Advisory Services; and |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, A leader in his field, Mr. Cook served in many roles |

| 23 | 24 | | for his local chapter of the International Right of Way |
|---|
| 24 | 25 | | Association; in 2007, the group named him its Professional of the |
|---|
| 25 | 26 | | Year, and he was also recognized by the Fort Worth Business Press as |
|---|
| 26 | 27 | | a 2009 40 Under 40 honoree; and |
|---|
| 27 | 28 | | WHEREAS, A caring and loving man, Greg Cook will be |
|---|
| 28 | 29 | | profoundly missed, and those who held him dear will forever |
|---|
| 29 | 30 | | remember the warmth and kindness he brought into their lives; now, |
