| 10 | 11 | | Texas Legislature to honor campuses that have demonstrated a |

| 11 | 12 | | commitment to addressing the needs of military-connected students |

| 12 | 13 | | and their families; ably led by principal Benjamin Ortega, Mission |

| 13 | 14 | | Early College High School qualified for the recognition by meeting |

| 14 | 15 | | several crucial requirements, which include designating a |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | campus-based military liaison, establishing a campus transition |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | program, and maintaining an easily accessible website with |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | information specific to military-connected students; and |

| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Americans owe a profound debt of gratitude to the |
