| 11 | 11 | the provisions of House Rule 14, Section 2; now, therefore, be it | |
| 12 | 12 | RESOLVED, by the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas | |
| 13 | 13 | Legislature that the following sections of House Rule 16 are hereby | |
| 14 | 14 | deactivated upon adoption of this resolution by the house: | |
