| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Born in Fort Worth on September 6, 1994, Dakota |

| 9 | 10 | | Burns was the beloved son of Kevin Drew and Donna Shaw Burns; he |

| 10 | 11 | | grew up in Decatur, and he enjoyed the affection of a family that |

| 11 | 12 | | included his brother, Shain, as well as his stepbrothers, Chase and |

| 12 | 13 | | Chance; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Burns was a gifted singer, songwriter, and |

| 14 | 15 | | guitarist who touched the lives of many people through his music; he |

| 15 | 16 | | often performed at celebrations and gatherings in Wise County, |

| 16 | 17 | | where he found an admiring audience; he was also beloved for his |

| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Dakota Burns immeasurably enriched the lives of all |

| 19 | 20 | | who were fortunate enough to share in his love and friendship, and |
