| 11 | 12 | | Richardson ISD for at least two years; honorees are celebrated |

| 12 | 13 | | throughout the year and are given a $1,000 monetary prize; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, One of 10 individuals selected to receive this |

| 14 | 15 | | notable accolade for 2021, Ms. Patak currently teaches kindergarten |
