| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Subchapter A, Chapter 215, Labor Code, is | |
| 12 | 12 | amended by adding Section 215.003 to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | Sec. 215.003. NOTICE TO EMPLOYERS. At least annually, the | |
| 14 | 14 | commission shall provide written notice to employers regarding the | |
| 15 | 15 | shared work program. The notice must include a description of the | |
| 16 | 16 | benefits available under the program and the requirements for a | |
| 17 | 17 | shared work plan under the program. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
