| 12 | 12 | Sec. 302.00437. SUBSIDIZED CHILD-CARE PROGRAM: | |
| 13 | 13 | ELIGIBILITY. (a) A child is eligible for subsidized child care if | |
| 14 | 14 | the child is eligible for enrollment in a prekindergarten class in a | |
| 15 | 15 | public school under Section 29.153, Education Code. | |
| 16 | 16 | (b) The commission may adopt rules necessary to administer | |
| 17 | 17 | this section. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
