| 9 | 9 | SECTION 1. Section 245.0116(a), Health and Safety Code, is | |
| 10 | 10 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 11 | 11 | (a) The department shall publish on its Internet website a | |
| 12 | 12 | monthly report containing aggregate data of the information in the | |
| 13 | 13 | reports submitted under Section 245.011. The report must specify | |
| 14 | 14 | the number of abortions performed in each county during the | |
| 15 | 15 | reporting period. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
