Based on information provided by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, this analysis assumes costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to the sale of distilled spirits to ultimate consumers by the holder of a distiller's and rectifier's permit could be absorbed using existing resources.
