| 12 | 12 | Sec. 366.006. CERTAIN LEASED LAND OWNED BY FEDERAL | |
| 13 | 13 | GOVERNMENT. If a tract of land owned by the federal government | |
| 14 | 14 | contains separately leased individual parts, each leased part is | |
| 15 | 15 | considered a separate tract of land for purposes of this chapter or | |
| 16 | 16 | a rule adopted under this chapter. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
