Based on information provided by The University of Texas at Austin, any costs associated with implementing provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources. Local Government ImpactTo the extent that the bill and associated agency rules require school districts to offer new or expanded UIL programs to students with disabilities, school districts and charter schools could see increased costs.
