| 23 | 23 | | services, and other benefits provided to state-recognized Native |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | American Indian Tribes by the United States, this state, or any |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | other state because of the tribe members' status as Native American |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | Indians. |

| 27 | 27 | | SECTION 4. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
