| 12 | 12 | Sec. 7-e. All revenue received from fees for permits for | |
| 13 | 13 | oversize or overweight vehicles that general law directs to the | |
| 14 | 14 | state highway fund may be used only to acquire, construct, and | |
| 15 | 15 | maintain public roadways. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This proposed constitutional amendment shall be | |
| 17 | 17 | submitted to the voters at an election to be held November 2, 2021. | |
| 18 | 18 | The ballot shall be printed to permit voting for or against the | |
| 19 | 19 | proposition: "The constitutional amendment to constitutionally | |
| 20 | 20 | dedicate certain revenue directed to the state highway fund for the | |
| 21 | 21 | purposes of acquiring, constructing, and maintaining public | |
| 22 | 22 | roadways." |
