56 BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th
67 Legislature, Regular Session 2021, That Senate Rule 12.03 be
78 suspended in part as provided by Senate Rule 12.08 to enable the
8- conference committee appointed to resolve the differences on
9- Senate Bill 1356 (the participation by members of nonprofit
10- teacher organizations in a tutoring program for public school
11- students and related retirement benefits for certain tutors
12- participating in the program) to consider and take action on the
13- following matters:

2121 Explanation: The addition is necessary to permit a person

49- chief executive officer of each school district or
50- open-enrollment charter school, or other person designated by
51- the school district or open-enrollment charter school, to submit
52- a report each semester regarding the tutoring program to the
53- board of trustees of the district or governing body of the
54- school.
