| 13 | 13 | PROCEDURE PROHIBITED. An election officer of the state or of a | |
| 14 | 14 | political subdivision may not create, alter, or suspend any voting | |
| 15 | 15 | standard, practice, or procedure authorized or required by this | |
| 16 | 16 | code in a manner not expressly authorized by this code. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect on the 91st day after the | |
| 18 | 18 | last day of the legislative session at which it is enacted. |
