| 12 | 12 | Sec. 2210.063. LOCATION OF ASSOCIATION HEADQUARTERS. The | |
| 13 | 13 | headquarters of the association must be located in a first tier | |
| 14 | 14 | coastal county or second tier coastal county. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. Section 2210.063, Insurance Code, as added by | |
| 16 | 16 | this Act, applies to the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association | |
| 17 | 17 | beginning on January 1, 2023. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect on the 91st day after the | |
| 19 | 19 | last day of the legislative session. |
