8 | 9 | | director of EPMH, Ms. Marin is well prepared to guide the museum as |

9 | 10 | | it expands its outreach and launches new exhibits; she was employed |

10 | 11 | | as a curator before taking the helm of EPMH, and she contributed to |

11 | 12 | | the success of a number of community-driven exhibitions, including |

12 | 13 | | "Neighborhoods & Shared Memories: Sunset Heights" and "Low & Slow: |

13 | 14 | | Lowrider Culture on the Border"; she has also served as a curator |

14 | 15 | | for Las Cruces Museums and Purple Gallery, and she has further |

15 | 16 | | distinguished herself through her work as an artist; and |

16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Marin holds a bachelor's degree in fine arts and |

17 | 18 | | museum conservation from New Mexico State University and a master's |

18 | 19 | | degree in public history from The University of Texas at El Paso; in |

19 | 20 | | addition, she is a Fellow of the National Association of Latino Arts |
