| 10 | 11 | | Carolina, alongside his twin brother, Eli; in 2012, he moved with |

| 11 | 12 | | his family to Mont Belvieu, Texas; he flourished at school, and he |

| 12 | 13 | | found great joy in running track, skateboarding, and fishing; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Robins was adored by a large extended family, |

| 14 | 15 | | and he readily made friends, uplifting everyone around him with his |
