| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Victoria Denise Herline Engman has ably served her |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Engman has provided |

| 9 | 10 | | vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; |

| 10 | 11 | | in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public |

| 11 | 12 | | service, she has learned more about the legislative process and the |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Engman is a graduate of Baylor University, where |

| 14 | 15 | | she studied political science and corporate communication, and she |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | previously served in the office of United States Representative |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | Bill Flores; she is the daughter of Krystal Herline and Raymond |

| 17 | 18 | | Herline Jr., and she lives in Pflugerville with her husband, |

| 18 | 19 | | Matthew; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has performed her duties as an |

| 20 | 21 | | administrative aide with skill and dedication, and she is indeed |
