| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, May 4, 2021, was indeed a special day in the lives of |

| 6 | 7 | | William and Sarah Jane Holleman, for on that day they became the |

| 7 | 8 | | proud parents of a darling baby boy, James Robert Holleman; and |
|---|
| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, This charming bundle of joy weighed 6 pounds, 15 |

| 9 | 10 | | ounces, and measured 18.5 inches in length when he made his |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | long-awaited debut at 5:47 p.m.; and |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The arrival of their son has profoundly deepened the |

| 12 | 13 | | relationship of Will and Sarah Holleman, who married on August 20, |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | 2016; Ms. Holleman has enjoyed a successful career that has |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | included tenures with Trinity University, the City of Bryan, and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | the Teacher Retirement System of Texas; she hails from Houston and |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | has a master's degree in information studies from The University of |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | Texas at Austin; raised in Cleburne, Mr. Holleman holds a master's |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | degree in public administration from Texas A&M University; he |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | served as chief of staff in the office of State Representative |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | Jimmie Don Aycock, and though he has since moved on to the Texas |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | Association of School Boards, he has maintained a strong connection |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | to the Capitol, where he is affectionately known as "Peaches"; even |
|---|
| 23 | 24 | | at an early age, his son James is continuing this tradition, having |
|---|
| 24 | 25 | | already made the first of many visits to the Capitol; and |

| 25 | 26 | | WHEREAS, In addition to bringing great happiness to his |
|---|
| 26 | 27 | | parents, James has been enthusiastically welcomed by his |
|---|
| 27 | 28 | | grandparents, Ken and Vicki Alger and Mandy Holleman; and |

| 28 | 29 | | WHEREAS, James begins his life secure in the safe and loving |

| 29 | 30 | | embrace of his family, and with their support, dedication, and |

| 30 | 31 | | guidance, he may truly look forward to a bright and promising |
