SENATE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, May 24, 2021, was indeed a momentous day in the
lives of Gabriela and Timothy Cowen, for on that day they became
the proud parents of three boys; and
WHEREAS, These charming bundles of joy made their
long-awaited debuts at St. David's North Medical Center in
Austin; the first of the three brothers to arrive, Jameson Luke
Cowen, weighed 5 pounds, 4 ounces, and measured 18.25 inches in
length when he was born at 8:28 a.m.; Hudson Oliver Cowen
followed shortly after, at 8:29 a.m., weighing 5 pounds, 9
ounces, and measuring 19.25 inches; the youngest sibling,
Kingston Hugh Cowen, was born at 8:30 a.m., tipped the scale at 6
pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 20 inches; and
WHEREAS, In addition to bringing great happiness to their
parents, the triplets' births have delighted their maternal
grandparents, Jose Andres and Guadalupe Navarrete, and their
paternal grandparents, Paul and Tamara Cowen; and
WHEREAS, The brothers begin their lives secure in the warm
embrace of a wonderful family, and with the love, support, and
guidance of their relatives, they may truly look forward to a
bright and promising future; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 87th Texas Legislature,
2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate Gabriela and Timothy
Cowen on the birth of their triplets and that Jameson, Hudson,
and Kingston Cowen be welcomed as new citizens of Texas; and, be
it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the Cowen family as an expression of high regard by
the Texas Senate.
