|---|
| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, These charming bundles of joy made their |
|---|
| 6 | 6 | | long-awaited debuts at St. David's North Medical Center in |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | Austin; the first of the three brothers to arrive, Jameson Luke |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | Cowen, weighed 5 pounds, 4 ounces, and measured 18.25 inches in |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | length when he was born at 8:28 a.m.; Hudson Oliver Cowen |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | followed shortly after, at 8:29 a.m., weighing 5 pounds, 9 |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | ounces, and measuring 19.25 inches; the youngest sibling, |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Kingston Hugh Cowen, was born at 8:30 a.m., tipped the scale at 6 |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 20 inches; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, In addition to bringing great happiness to their |

| 15 | 15 | | parents, the triplets' births have delighted their maternal |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | grandparents, Jose Andres and Guadalupe Navarrete, and their |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | paternal grandparents, Paul and Tamara Cowen; and |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, The brothers begin their lives secure in the warm |

| 19 | 19 | | embrace of a wonderful family, and with the love, support, and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | guidance of their relatives, they may truly look forward to a |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | bright and promising future; now, therefore, be it |

| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th |

| 23 | 23 | | Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate Gabriela |

| 24 | 24 | | and Timothy Cowen on the birth of their triplets and that |

| 25 | 25 | | Jameson, Hudson, and Kingston Cowen be welcomed as new citizens |
