| 147 | 147 | | REQUIREMENT FOR CERTAIN LARGE EVENTS [VENUES]. Section |

| 149 | 149 | | 478.0001(3)(J) or (FF) [478.0001(3)(H)]. If an endorsing |
|---|
| 150 | 150 | | municipality or endorsing county requests the office to make a |

| 151 | 151 | | determination under Section 478.0102 for an event described by |
|---|
| 152 | 152 | | Section 478.0001(3)(J) or (FF) [478.0001(3)(H)], the remaining |
|---|
| 153 | 153 | | provisions of this chapter apply to that event as if the event |
|---|
| 154 | 154 | | satisfied the eligibility requirements under Section |
|---|
| 155 | 155 | | 478.0051(b)(1). |
|---|
| 156 | 156 | | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
|---|
| 157 | 157 | | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|---|
| 158 | 158 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|---|
| 159 | 159 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|---|
| 160 | 160 | | Act takes effect on the 91st day after the last day of the |
|---|
| 161 | 161 | | legislative session. |
