| 13 | 13 | CHAPTER 319A. CONGRESSIONAL REDISTRICTING | |
| 14 | 14 | Sec. 319A.001. CONGRESSIONAL REDISTRICTING PLAN BASED ON | |
| 15 | 15 | TOTAL POPULATION. The legislature must enact a redistricting plan | |
| 16 | 16 | for the election of the members of the United States House of | |
| 17 | 17 | Representatives elected from this state based on the total | |
| 18 | 18 | population of the state as ascertained by the most recent United | |
| 19 | 19 | States decennial census. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect on the 91st day after the | |
