| 10 | 11 | | station to serve the North Texas Vietnamese community around the |

| 11 | 12 | | clock and all year long; from its studios in the Ben Thanh Plaza in |

| 12 | 13 | | East Arlington, HL RadioTV broadcasts news from Dallas, Houston, |

| 13 | 14 | | and California five times a day during the week, while also |

| 14 | 15 | | providing its listeners with contemporary and classical music, |

| 15 | 16 | | interviews with notable people, sports coverage, and other |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | informative and entertaining programming; and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, The station has held a Lunar New Year celebration |

| 18 | 19 | | each year since 2004; embracing the cultures of China, Korea, |

| 19 | 20 | | Vietnam, and other countries, the festival, which begins with the |

| 20 | 21 | | first new moon of the lunar calendar, is one of the most important |

| 21 | 22 | | religious and cultural events for people of Asian heritage; this |

| 22 | 23 | | special holiday ushers in the spring season, when members of the |
|---|
| 23 | 24 | | Asian community reflect on the past and make plans for the future, |

| 24 | 25 | | and it is celebrated with a variety of vibrant traditions that are |

| 25 | 26 | | intended to bring prosperity, good health, and happiness to oneself |

| 27 | 28 | | WHEREAS, Since its inception, the HL RadioTV 106.5 FM and |
