| 11 | 12 | | was admitted to the famed Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris, |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, This fine-dining restaurant features a |

| 14 | 15 | | 2,000-square-foot interior centered around an exhibition kitchen |

| 15 | 16 | | and a bar, with seating for 85 in the main dining room and 26 on the |

| 16 | 17 | | patio; relying on fresh organic ingredients, the menu includes |
