| 11 | 12 | | Loh, an immigrant from Vietnam, it was originally a market catering |

| 12 | 13 | | to local Vietnamese American families, and it has since grown into a |

| 13 | 14 | | multipurpose center with an assortment of restaurants, boutiques, |

| 14 | 15 | | grocers, beauty and health stores, and other retailers; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Each year, Asia Times Square hosts a number of |

| 16 | 17 | | special events to coincide with traditional Asian holidays; the |

| 17 | 18 | | Mid-Autumn Festival, which falls on the 15th day of the eighth month |

| 20 | 21 | | ancestry; customs vary across cultures, but during the festival, |
