| 10 | 11 | | with the DLA Energy Americas East team since 2016, and he |

| 11 | 12 | | specializes in working with vendors and tracking the distribution |

| 12 | 13 | | of fuel during emergencies; deployed to Louisiana in advance of |

| 13 | 14 | | Hurricane Ida, he shuttled between three different FEMA Incident |

| 14 | 15 | | Support Bases and played a vital role in coordinating the delivery |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Born in Gary, Indiana, Sergeant Williams enlisted in |

| 18 | 19 | | the U.S. Army in 2005 and trained as a petroleum supply specialist; |

| 20 | 21 | | noncommissioned officer with the 361st Civil Affairs Brigade, and |

| 21 | 22 | | in a variety of roles at the 1-289th Training Support Battalion in |

| 22 | 23 | | Houston, among other deployments; his decorations include three |

| 23 | 24 | | Army Achievement Medals, the Army Good Conduct Medal, the National |

| 24 | 25 | | Defense Service Medal, the Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Army |

| 26 | 27 | | WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Sergeant Williams enjoys the |
