| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, BRIDGE, which stands for Black Resourceful |

| 9 | 10 | | Innovators Developing Generations of Excellence, is a nonprofit |

| 10 | 11 | | organization that provides emerging leaders with opportunities for |

| 11 | 12 | | professional development, community involvement, and education; |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | members also work to encourage entrepreneurship and to address |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | disparities in literacy, civic participation, and health and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | wellness; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The organization is ably led by president Dimanche |

| 16 | 17 | | Brewer and further benefits from the dedicated efforts of its |

| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, The members of BRIDGE Fort Worth have demonstrated a |
