| 12 | 13 | | initiative is cultivating a new generation of diverse and highly |

| 13 | 14 | | motivated educators by guiding youth toward careers in teaching; in |

| 14 | 15 | | the Lone Star State, Educators Rising is affiliated with the Texas |

| 15 | 16 | | Association of Future Educators, a nonprofit created in 1984 that |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Losbara Fleites has demonstrated exemplary skill |
