| 13 | 14 | | the Lone Star State, Educators Rising is affiliated with the Texas |

| 14 | 15 | | Association of Future Educators, a nonprofit created in 1984 that |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Joining students from around the country at the |

| 18 | 19 | | national conference, Chelsea Valenzuela placed second in Inside Our |

| 19 | 20 | | Schools Presentation; this gifted young Texan has benefited from |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Chelsea Valenzuela has demonstrated exemplary skill |
