45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Andrew Koenig Jr. has ably served his fellow Texans
67 as an aide in the office of State Representative Hugh Shine during
78 the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Called Sessions of the 87th Legislature; and
89 WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Koenig has provided
910 vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;
1011 in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
1112 service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
1213 issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
1314 WHEREAS, A graduate of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory,
1415 Mr. Koenig attends The University of Texas at Austin, where he is
1516 pursuing a bachelor's degree in government; and
1617 WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has performed his duties as a
1718 legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
1819 deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
1920 be it
2021 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
2122 Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby commend Andrew Koenig Jr.
2223 for his service as a legislative aide in the office of State
2324 Representative Hugh Shine and extend to him sincere best wishes for
2425 continued success in all his endeavors; and, be it further
2526 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2627 prepared for Mr. Koenig as an expression of high regard by the Texas
2728 House of Representatives.
