| 11 | 14 | | Eagle Scout project, which involved building a bridge for the |

| 12 | 15 | | Wee-Chi-Tah Mountain Bike Trail; and |

| 13 | 16 | | WHEREAS, This fine young Texan has ably served his peers in |

| 14 | 17 | | Scouts BSA Troop No. 22 in such positions as patrol leader, |

| 15 | 18 | | senior patrol leader, and quartermaster, and in so doing, he has |

| 16 | 19 | | exemplified the many positive traits for which Scouts are |
|---|
| 17 | 20 | | renowned; beyond his involvement in scouting, he has |
|---|
| 18 | 21 | | distinguished himself through his volunteer work for the Wichita |
|---|
| 19 | 22 | | Falls Area Food Bank and through his compassion for people and |
|---|
| 20 | 23 | | animals in need; and |

| 21 | 24 | | WHEREAS, In fulfilling the rigorous requirements for |

| 22 | 25 | | attaining the Eagle Scout insignia, Jack Boller has demonstrated |

| 23 | 26 | | an unwavering commitment to Scouts BSA and its ideals, and the |

| 24 | 27 | | knowledge and confidence he has acquired along the way will |
