2	6		WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
3	7		recognize IBARRA Consulting Engineers, Incorporated, on the
4	8		occasion of the company's 30th anniversary, which is being
5	9		celebrated December 10, 2021; and
6	10		WHEREAS, IBARRA Consulting Engineers was founded by Raquel
7	11		Ibarra, who serves as the company's president and chief executive
8	12		officer; under her leadership, IBARRA has played a key role in
9	13		the success of numerous infrastructure projects throughout the
10	14		state and has remained dedicated to providing superior design and
11	15		construction management solutions for projects in both the
12	16		public and private sectors for three decades; and
13	17		WHEREAS, The firm offers a wide variety of services in
14	18		multiple disciplines and provides clients with direction and
15	19		assistance in the design and completion of projects in
16	20		transportation, aviation, public works, and land development;
17	21		and
18	22		WHEREAS, Raquel Ibarra's talent, dedication, and hard work
19	23		have made the company a leader in its field, and it is truly
20	24		fitting that IBARRA be recognized as it achieves this milestone
21	25		in its history; now, therefore, be it
22	26		RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th
23	27		Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby commend Raquel Ibarra
24	28		and the management and staff of IBARRA Consulting Engineers,
25	29		Incorporated, on their outstanding achievements and extend to
26	30		them congratulations and best wishes for a memorable 30th
27	31		anniversary celebration; and, be it further
28	32		RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
29	33		the company as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
