| 8 | 8 | | conference committee appointed to resolve the differences on |

| 9 | 9 | | Senate Bill 52 (the issuance of revenue bonds to fund capital |

| 10 | 10 | | projects at public institutions of higher education, the |

| 11 | 11 | | oversight of certain capital projects at those institutions, and |

| 12 | 12 | | the designation of certain appropriated funds allocated to those |
|---|

| 18 | 18 | | striking "infrastructure upgrades to address accessibility for |
