to a food service establishment with a space designed for food

 the certification.
 (b) The instructor of a training course for the

recognized association that provides the training.
Sec. 438.054. PROHIBITED DISCRIMINATION. A food service
establishment may not discriminate in hiring an employee for a
position described by Section 438.053(a) based on whether an
applicant for the position holds a certification in cardiopulmonary
 resuscitation.
