The bill would require the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to establish and maintain a registry on the agency's website for copies of orders required to be submitted by municipalities or public health districts for inclusion in the registry. The agency would require one-time application and system modifications to the Regulatory Automation System and auxiliary technology services. It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
