| 12 | 12 | (c-3) A governmental requirement of a city relating to the | |
| 13 | 13 | height or maintenance of vegetation does not apply to vegetation | |
| 14 | 14 | growing within the boundaries of an agricultural operation. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
