| 12 | 12 | (e) Each board shall reimburse a Texas Rising Star Program | |
| 13 | 13 | provider in the board's area at the board's maximum rate of | |
| 14 | 14 | reimbursement for the provider's Texas Rising Star Program rating | |
| 15 | 15 | level regardless of the provider's published rate. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
