| 12 | 12 | Sec. 28.00201. APPOINTMENT OF ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND | |
| 13 | 13 | SKILLS REVIEW COMMITTEES. Each member of the State Board of | |
| 14 | 14 | Education shall appoint one member to any committee established to | |
| 15 | 15 | review and make recommendations to the board for revisions to the | |
| 16 | 16 | essential knowledge and skills of a subject in the required | |
| 17 | 17 | curriculum under Section 28.002. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
