| 11 | 11 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 12 | 12 | | SECTION 1. Section 623.382(a), Transportation Code, is |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | amended to read as follows: |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | (a) The commission may authorize the City of Laredo to issue |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | permits for the movement of oversize or overweight vehicles |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | carrying cargo in Webb County on the following roadways: |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | (1) Farm-to-Market Road 1472 between its intersection |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | with State Highway Loop 20 and the northernmost of its |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | intersections with World Trade Center Loop; |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | (2) Farm-to-Market Road 1472 between the northernmost |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | of its intersections with World Trade Center Loop and its |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | intersection with State Highway 255 [Hachar Loop, if the Hachar |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | Loop project in Webb County is constructed]; |
