| 11 | 11 | amended by adding Section 24.60095 to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 24.60095. 472ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT (BRAZOS COUNTY). | |
| 13 | 13 | (a) The 472nd Judicial District is composed of Brazos County. | |
| 14 | 14 | (b) The 472nd District Court has primary responsibility for | |
| 15 | 15 | cases involving civil matters, family law matters, and juvenile | |
| 16 | 16 | matters. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. The 472nd Judicial District is created on the | |
| 18 | 18 | effective date of this Act. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
