Methodology Based on information provided by the SWCB, this analysis assumes a one-time General Revenue cost of $492,349 would be necessary in fiscal year 2024 to provide for a fixed wing aircraft to conduct an aerial survey to acquire and collect data and imagery required by the bill and produce the study.
