| 12 | 12 | Sec. 43.3592. ANTE-MORTEM CHRONIC WASTING DISEASE TESTING | |
| 13 | 13 | COSTS. A rule adopted by the commission that requires a | |
| 14 | 14 | "not-detected" result in an ante-mortem test for chronic wasting | |
| 15 | 15 | disease performed on a breeder deer must require the department to | |
| 16 | 16 | pay all costs associated with the testing. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect December 20, 2024. |
