| 10 | 10 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Section 5.176, Water Code, is amended by adding | |
| 12 | 12 | Subsection (c) to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | (c) The commission shall provide for the translation of the | |
| 14 | 14 | following into Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, Tagalog, and Urdu: | |
| 15 | 15 | (1) any information provided through a publicly | |
| 16 | 16 | available Internet-based system for accessing or monitoring a | |
| 17 | 17 | complaint file maintained under Subsection (a); and | |
| 18 | 18 | (2) the form associated with the Internet-based | |
| 19 | 19 | complaint submission procedure established under Subsection (b). | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
