| 13 | 13 | MUNICIPALITY: CERTAIN AUTHORITIES. The subregional board of an | |
| 14 | 14 | authority consisting of one subregion governed by a subregional | |
| 15 | 15 | board created under Subchapter O shall disaggregate expenditures by | |
| 16 | 16 | municipality in a financial audit required under Section 452.451. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
