H.B. No. 3311
AN ACT
relating to the process of selecting representatives of the
insurance industry to serve on the board of directors of the Texas
Windstorm Insurance Association.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 2210.102(f), Insurance Code, is
repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
